Hey, I know it's sort of obvious from the title but yes, I do have a problem.

See if I level up, will that affect the amount my buildings can produce?

Yes as you level up you have a slight decrease in the amount you can produce in a time period.

Use www.kapitools.de to work this change out (look for the Union jack- British flag- on the left for English pages).

While it is present by the time you reach a new level you've probabaly exanded more than enough to level this all out!
