ASK FOR HELP, I AM AN ITALIAN PLAYER IN TROUBLE
Hi everyone, I am an Italian player and new in this game. I have carefully read all the guides and frequently asked questions that a new player like me can do. do not look to syntax errors.
I wanted to ask if any member of the forum which has a great gaming experience I can refer you to a page in the forum or not, in which there is a complete guide of the game (if written by a player I pray that it is written in a very English simple, please) or if you would be kind enough to do it directly to you.
What I can not understand is why I see many companies in the game that have millions and millions of money, but I can not get it. I can understand that time is a great resource, but I was already a few months I play Kapilands.
In fact, I can not understand what the resource is "better" in which an almost new player can start building his business empire.
I currently own a plantation of 200 square meters, of course, 20 employees. Because I began to produce and sell the wood, I decided to go (not knowing whether it is the best choice I could do).
Now I produce 270 units per hour for a total of 6480 units per day of wood to sell an average of 75 caps each. In addition, to become self sufficient, I decided to build a well and a power plant each of 60 square feet and with 6 employees each. I produce on its own power and water to produrmi the wood, only to sell it. My profits are low.
I ask you very kindly provide me guidance on how to start producing decent, so you have a satisfactory profit.
Sorry for spelling errors / syntax.
For those unable to consciousness, let me know when you have some initiative to help beginners (I saw a post about it but not find it anymore).
Thank you in advance, Cristian, in game: Royal Industryes.

Hi PowerIce,
of you check out the FAQ section, all the general questions you might have should be answered there:
http://www.forum.kapilands.com/viewforum.php?f=51
If you are after general advice about how to best advance within the game, I would leave this question open to be answered by the active players here, if they would kindly do so. They will surely be able to give you a few general hints, as to how to proceed best.
Best regards,
pearlbay

hello, thanks for giving me reply. I've read all the guides that are in the page to which you sent me, but to be honest I did not understand anything. is because there are calculations for both the difficulty and vocabulary found in these pages. like you said I hope that some players skilled enough to help me directly in this topic.
Thanks, Cristian.
Thanks, Cristian.
Hello Christian, you are obviously small. For future reference what realm are you on? I would recommend building more buildings before expanding. 2 20m buildings produce more than 1 40m building so build all 60 buildings before expanding, makes you far more money. I would keep making wood and find a buyer (usually big players will pay a good price to small players usually around 72-74c). After a while move into contest products which make a killing then choose your product.
You mentioned calculation problems, what calculations are you having trouble with?
Store Calculations: Don't bother with them yet
Pay for Your buildings: This is to make sure you don't get [censored] in how much your product costs to make. You may make power, water and seeds but when the wood you made is in the warehouse in thinks wood cost less than really costs. Power, water and seeds all sell at about 0.25c +. use a pen, paper and calculator using the cost to buy the product (pretend you sell the power etc. to yourself) and then that is your real cost of the product with each building making a profit.
ROI or Return on Investment: This is used to find which products pay the intial investment back the fastest. First find profit per item, sale price minus true cost, simple. then multiply Profit per item by number of product produced per day. Then put that number of investment. To help find investment I would recommend kapitools. Wood is generally 3 days to return investment which is best in the game.
What other things do you need to know? If I where you try and read some of knolls threads, he was excellent at explaining all this.
PS: Don't worry about your English there are a lot of people similar to you. I am from Wales and there are Dutch people with better English than me.

When you start, it is cheaper to build new buildings as long as you have free building slots, then expanding the ones you have.
What helps in the beginning, is to decide on 1 product (range), and stick with that. Instead of trying to build all kind of products and making all of the raw materials for those too. Most people choose to buy power and water from a big supplier or on the market, and not make those themselves.
There is always a big demand for Q0 wood at ~72/73c a piece, if you focus on that, you can create a steady income.
(just send me the wood you have left)

Yes. Just look at the price for expanding a plantation from 20 to 40m2, or building a new plantation of 20m2.PowerIce wrote:So if I understand it, I now I just have to produce wood and sell it at a good price then begin immediately to build many more plantations to produce wood?
that produce a lot of wood with only a few employees (2) requires a lot of time, as I do then? meanwhile those who want to try wood
The site kapitools.de is a very good help for calculating these things.
Take in account:
The more slots you fill the more units to have to get producing... Though its the most profitable way of growing it will consume more of your lifetime...
I opened an account on R1 and try to grow to a decent size for some retail experiments and my 12 producing facilities already make me miss my admin-buildings on R2 heavily, not enough to spend coins on another vip, though... (8)

I'm with the others.
Completely ignore research and expansion the first few levels. You can easily survive on making raw materials. While you grow, have a look at the different products you can make. Gather information on what it would take to produce certain stuff before deciding what to do.
That's my two
