i was wondering what the production time would be for one power unit with a power plant that is fully expanded and with full employees? anyone know?

You can check production output from kapitools. Power plants area and your level affects to production.

Wouldn't it be the same? you can produce more but the time taken for each unit wouldn't be less.

Of course it wouldn't be same. If you increase your production/hour, it takes less time to make one unit.

each time you increase your buildings size (m^2) it decreases the time to produce one unit. im just looking to see what the production time on that one unit would be if a powerplant was expanded to its full possible size

Production output depends on area and your level. For example in red area (which has biggest production output for power plant), maximum output per hour is:

Manager: 1.861.938,31
Entrepreneur: 1.817.606,44
Large Scale Manufacturer: 1.775.336,53
Industrialist: 1.734.987,97
Billionaire: 1.696.432,68
Big Industrialist: 1.659.553,71
Tycoon: 1.624.244,06
Financial Magnate: 1.590.405,64
Capitalist: 1.557.948,38
Trillionaire: 1.526.789,41

Approximate production time for one unit in Manager level would be: 0.0001933469 s and for Trillionaire level: 0.000235788903 s
