how can you sell af factory ?

You can advertise your factory here and when you find customer, you send it in contract.

You can also sell your factory in buildings market if your level is manager or above that. In market you need to pay 10% commission.

P.S. I can't find company in Realm 2 named: cotton-gijs

Its the other way round gijs-cotton, you can only build or buy via contract at your level not sell (apart from sell to system) you can only sell to other players and the building market from manager level.
