Question about the building market.

What is the third number? I see buildings with '2000/200/40941' before the price. I afaik, it's size/employees/unknown.
Most of the buildings have XXXX/YYY/1.
The ones with huge numbers seem cheap compared to others.

I think it's the number of ad's in the sales buildings.

Not really.
The ad's are relatively cheap and rarely taken into consideration on a decent size building.
