Forum Rules

Hello Everyone

I have not been that active here but I participate in several other online forums and hoping to have more time soon to talk here but I always like to know what is allowed and what isn\'t, all forums have it in BIG letters the rules but I can\'t seem to find them. From my brief look around there are rules and banning does happen but what are the rules, me confused. I had a check on the German Kapilands forum and are hose rules apply here? Or are Administrators and moderators just allowed to ban people on a whim and make up rules to fit the purpose?

All the trade forums have the rules stickied at the top, and everything else is pretty much common sense, no spamming, swearing etc, if your just posting normally ie commenting/replying to posts and trading on the forum you will never get banned, infact i think it's pretty hard to get banned! anyone that has been banned will have had some sort of warning (usually posted in red on their forum posts) this is easiest to see in the off topic section.

Common sense differs between people and so we are supposed to post and then get told off when you cross the line that know knows what it is? Sounds as if the rules are just do whatever you want but there are rules but we dont want you to know them.

Sorry... it does not seem to fit in here, but it actually does: Double accounts are not allowed in this forum.

If you, my dear "thread starter", have got any problems with that, you could have asked the upjers-support (you certainly know the link as you are an active person). But using an older second account now is not allowed and cannot be tolerated.
Playing a "dumb" (okay, let's call it "uninformed" person is indeed not very clever... you know where to find the rules as you have been given the link before.

I am really disappointed by your behaviour.
