What does mean in the Building, Farming section. it says 25% more resources output

In the green areas you get 25% more resource output for farming buildings. 25% more as in yellow or red. It is a good idea to build plantations, fruit plantation and cattle-breeding in the green area. In the game it is very important where you are placing your buildings.
