It is broken. It had bugs and ruined people's accounts, so Upjers decided to turn it off instead of fixing it or removing it.

It is not broken in the sense of the word... it worked quite fine but it had risks for people that took loans. If you did not pay back the money all buildings have been taken as some kind of refund (but it was only taken the building costs). And this is a very small "refund" so in some cases all buildings were taken. Thus several players lost their accounts (because they did not pay back the money for whatever reason).
And it was removed after a lot of people asked for it.

that's what happens with loans

you take a loan, and then the kapi gangsters break your legs when you can't give them the money back

then they kidnap your secretery, and now there's no one that will take care of evrything (faxs, mails, contracts, money, buildings...) and you can't play.

loans = evil.

If only I had a way to refresh the page, and click the ok otomaticly or something, I would have spent lots and lots of money on shares xD
