If I had cash above 10 billion I would put all my buildings into like 5 months of expansions.Though I would not pay that price to solve global warming because it doesn't exist.

If it was a pretend world you would know the meaning of "smart" and would realize that smart Americans are not pretend. (Only stupid people would group a population of 350 million+ as stupid without knowing them.)
