Hi i have got a message :

Message from System, 22.01.10 09:57

Hello,
I've got an extremely rare wine on offer. But you'd need a wine cellar for it. Would you like to build one?

So I built a wine cellar and I still can't accept this Quest. There is no option to Accept in message. I have only option to Decline Quest.
Do I need to do something else?
Can anyone help me.

I just got this message, too. A new message will appear a few days after you've built the wine cellar with details about the quest.

Yeah.

First off, you won't be able to accept it while it's still building, construction of the wine cellar has to be completed first.
And even then, it still may take a day or two before you get a second message.

Will I decline this Quest and wait for another message?, because It's been 3 days since I got it and construction is completed. I don't want to lose this quest.

Dont decline ever!!! Never a good idea. As far as I know you don't recieve the quest offer again (though a few other have reported otherwise but it is not yet an accepted fact) Also in this time save up money and buy the items you'll need! Ask another forum member whose had the quests already to send you a message telling you the items needed. As these items are always the same for everyone for each quest. And therefore they are always VERY expensive.

Therefore use this time constructivley. And if you don't have the items don't accept!!!!!!! Sods law dictates that you'll be a few thousand caps short or the item will have just sold out of that quality on the market!

The ****. I declined one a long time ago before I realised what they were. Also Felix what is "Sod's law"?

I though I need only to build a wine cellar for it, because in message doesn't say anything about items. Can any one tell me what items I need to do this Quest.

Haha bad move xD And sods law is a british saying. Basically means like when you have a bad day it will only get worse.

Eg you step in dog poo then sods law declares that you dont have a seat on the bus or something

Just means things will go from bad to worse

Sod's Law is British? Or a British version of Murphy's Law that we Americans use? Murphy's Law = If anything can go wrong, it will.
