hey guys,
i am new to the game but still i have restrated many times, because i simply couldn't find a profitable business, so i was researching trying to find a good one, and then i thought of two which so far i could think were profitable but i still wasnt so sure, so yea thats why i posted this on the forum but i still have some questions about them though.
1) Which business is more profitable?
2) Should I produce everything even the secondary ones too for example: Wardrobe -> Steel -> iron ore, coal and etc should i produce those too or simply produce my own when i get money?
3) What buildings should i build frist?
4) Where should i sell it at my own market or to players?
5) How much should i sell it for?
please try to answer all of them
thanks guys.
Car or wardrobe ??

OK. Wardrobes are considered to be the best market in the game. So they are good to produce but you need to put a bit of work in and have good quality to make all the money. Gas is also a good market, not as much money as high quality wardrobes but it is easy to start and lower qualitys are still very profitable. I would not recommend cars untill you are a bit bigger becasue they are complicated and high research is nedded, also if you make automotives make Cabriolets instead of cars as they sell for a higher price and cheaper to make. DO NOT MAKE STEEL, as is not very profitable and if you make everything yourself you could make more money making other things, unless it is in high quality.Do not sell in stores yet as the bigger the store the better the price and there tons of people selling only store products so it would be better to sell to them than in your own shops at this stage.
I am guessing that you do not have high research and so recommend power, water, stones and wood. As they all require no research and make a good profit. I would start with them and move into a different industry when you have built uo sonme cash.
The prices would depend on what Realm you are on.

I'll add something to the tip you've already been given.
While you're doing a low research / no research production like power, water, stones, or wood...
You should start to think of what industry you want to get in when your company is bigger, and start researching the products for the 'bigger' one already.
That way, when you do make the switch, you'll be able to start off with high quality products rather than having to start from the bottom.
As for the prices of the 4 products mentioned above, you should check the market ingame, prices vary from day to day.

I am in Oil, which isnt the best but like it. To find out the prices check the buying sections on the forum, the market (remember selling via contract is less but you avoid 10% charge) and ask a few people. The price of cabriolets would be best answered by Marxer and most people make or sell wardrobes or Gas. Joining a Union would be advised.
play about for a while seeing what industries you like best. I originally spent a few months finding a market I liked and didn't want to commit too much money to anything until I found the right market.
