Employment Question

Ok I was just wondering when employees efect demand? Is it when you hire them? Or is it when the Building Finished expanding ? Or is it when a you expand the building? Just wondering when the number actually affect supply and demand because I didn't notice the number jump 32766 when I hired them in the stats pages.

Yep, just think about it in real terms, Kapilands isn't 100% accurate to rea life but tries, so there can't be a raise in demand unless the people are actually there and paid
