How cheap can you sell buildings without getting into trouble?

A Green Power Plant 5000m2 for example, is it ok to sell it for 125 million capis? Because that is above the building cost according to kapitools.de so that sounds right. Right?

I'm trying to sell my power plants away but they are not selling fast enough, so I thought that I might need to lower the price even more but I dont know how low I can go, I would sell them for 100 million if i knew it was ok.

Are you the guy who flooded the market with all those 200k, 5k green power plants on Realm 2? If you wanna come down, compromise at 150 million. That way you can still make your materials cost back and the building cost. If the power plant was in the red, I bet people would pay 250 million at least, for a 5k red power plant.

However, my point of view is speculative at best, from watching the building prices for the last 3 months. I wouldn't say my information is erroneous, but I would listen to some other players before making a decision, IMHO.

Not 200k 200M And they are in green. The plants cost around 120M to make, and I really need to sell these buildings right now! But they are not going fast, I think 150 million each would speed up the sales a bit but I wait just a while. And yes it is me who has those power plants for 200 million in the market, buy them!!!!!!

lol Dang, you saw that, I mean, you saw my typo.

As for buying them, I just upgraded my buildings by 19,000+ m2, which soaked my pockets down to 360 million, and I need to watch my budget until I can get back to production sometime in December.

I still have electronics, drugstore items, and food I sell to a few folks. So I am not totally immobile.

Well, I managed to sell all the buildings anyways so...

Patience is an important asset when selling buildings.

200M for 5000m power plants is real cheap.
You could have easily gotten 100-200M extra each had you taken your time selling them.

Don't you think the extra revenue whould have been more profitable then selling them real fast??


Have a look at it like this.
10M ea is a huge daily profit on a building.
Imagine it would have taken you 1 extra week to sell them all had you put them up for sale at an extra 100M compared to your current sales price.
That would have been 14M/building/day.
I once calculated the maximum profit on RED power plants maxxed out at 32.767m and i got to 11M daily each using 0.27 power sales.
So 14M profit daily on selling them can be considered huge

Maybe consider this next time you want to sell buildings.

I wanted to sell my buildings quick so I could get more cash to win the contest. I started with a higher price but not much happened. I would had used a different strategy if I had more time available.
