Automotive Quality Customer Satisfaction (CLOSED)

Post by Guest » 09.11.2009, 22:55

It seems like even Q26 bikes, cars, or cabriolets can't achieve a (0 aren't content with your quality)

Is this a glitch, or a way to moderate automotive sales so they don't spin out of control?

I was just wondering what the magic Q rating is, to make my customers 100% content with my automotive quality.

Thanks in advance.

That's nice and all, but that didn't answer my question about automobiles (cars, cabriolets, and motorbikes)

It as if I asked what 2 + 2 is yo go, and you answer, "Orange!" lol

You are reading it wrong.
0 aren't content with your quality
That means EVERYONE loves your quality of the item. If people didn't like them it would read, "100 aren't content with your quality".

No Azer, you're reading it wrong. :P

Just for a minute don't take what I write so literal. I want to know what quality level for automotive products needs to be to get that magic 0. Is it Q30? Q50?

Because I want them 100% satisfied, doesn't mean I want 100 that aren't context with the quality. See what I mean?

I think he sees what you mean, but you don't see what he means.
if there are 0 people that aren't (are not) content, it means that 100% are content with your quality.

The same like: 100% of the people agree with you = same as-> 0% of the people disagree with you.
Get it? :D

I think you need to read a bit better to.

He is complaining about not getting the 0% and wonders when he gets it.
He didn't claim it was at 0% and it should have been 100%.

PWND :P

Isn't what I just said Sally? I thought I was being plain (not fancy words) about this. *HUGE SIGH*

I will use my grocery store AS an example.
Just as an example. Are you reading this? Read this real close. Thanks.

First example. Selling Q0 Apples at my grocery store.

100 customers have been surveyed:
80 think your products are too expensive and 89 aren't content with your quality.
Your Grocery store is known by 100 out of 100 questioned customers. The demand of Apples has been satisfied by 0,21% in the past couple of days.

Second example. Selling Q6 Apples at my grocery store.

100 customers have been surveyed:
80 think your products are too expensive and 22 aren't content with your quality.
Your Grocery store is known by 100 out of 100 questioned customers. The demand of Apples has been satisfied by 0,21% in the past couple of days.

Third example. Selling Q7 Apples at my grocery store.

100 customers have been surveyed:
80 think your products are too expensive and 10 aren't content with your quality.
Your Grocery store is known by 100 out of 100 questioned customers. The demand of Apples has been satisfied by 0,21% in the past couple of days.

Fourth example. Selling Q8 Apples at my grocery store.

100 customers have been surveyed:
80 think your products are too expensive and 0 aren't content with your quality.
Your Grocery store is known by 100 out of 100 questioned customers. The demand of Apples has been satisfied by 0,21% in the past couple of days.

Ok, so at Q8, Apples 0 out the aren't content with your quality stat.

Back to my original question, what is the magic Q number for automotive products (cars, cabriolets, and motorbikes)? Does anyone know?

You need to be above the average quality listed on the stats page. How much above depends on the product.

Leather Jackets and Pullovers run between 5 and 10 quality levels above compared to Food which seems to be 1 to 3.
