how many buildings expanding?
right now 17 of my 60 buildings are being expanded for at least 100 hours .

That depends on the business. Do you use 50% contracts, 100% contracts or 100% market to sell your goods?
My Realm 2 company only produces stone and I contract out 100% of that stone. Which means I have very little run to expand. I always have 12 out of my 100 mines expanding at all times.
My Realm 1 company doesn't sell any goods to the market or via contract. That means I can make my own rules to maximize my profits. (50% of my plantations and textile factories, 30% of my cattle-breeding and 15% of my retail stores are expanding.*)
*I am maxed out on my retail stores. All of them are either 32767 already or expanding to 32767. I used to keep 40% of them expanding at all times.

I always find someone who buys wood, and send him what ever i have, when ever i have xD
once i send someone a contract of few mil pices of wood (around 5 bil xD)

Expansion rate.
I would suggest not expanding more then 100% of your building size.
50% to 100% are nice amounts to grow when you start a company.
Just expand as many buildings as your cash allows you.
So, when you can expand 5 buildings, expand them to double their size.
Then when you have the cash to expand another 5, double them to.
Continue untill all are expanded, then go for the next step at the same pace.
I think that is a very decent strategy on expansion.
