What if prices rise while selling?

Lets say I am selling something in a store for 7 days (I queue it up for 7 days).

And 2 days later the prices shoot up. Will the selling time adjust itself accordingly once I visit the store page?

So ideal is to "reset" the shop every time the price go up to get a better deal?

You don't have to reset the shop. Just go into each store and click "edit" under Price. Then click "execute" and the price will be refreshed.
