Question: What special building should I build if I am producing oil and gas??is there a special building related to oil and gas??
coz i build a kindergarten and asked for candies, milk, etc.. well, I don't have those products and need to purchase it on the market.. so I just leave my special building unused and just continue business to expand my business rather than having scores..

Yes, Dwarf is right: the special buildings like Kindergarten etc. are just to increase your score if you fulfill the tasks in it.
But there is one kind of special building, which does not refer to that: the administration buildings. They also belong to the special buildings, and can be constructed by all premium members. They have the effect that you are able to start or cancel the production in all your buildings at the same time; or to fill your shops without having to enter each single shop.
