What happen if...
situation 1.
I bought premium time and sent premium building for sale on Buildings Market. After my premium expire premium building disapper from market? get locket? or still can be sold?
situation 2.
During my premium account time I sent premium building on contract to my self, but not accept. What happen after premium time ends? Can I still accept contract or cancel?

1. The buildings will remain just like normal until they are bought.
2. I believe, though not 100% sure, you can buy back your buildings after Premium as run out and they will become normal buildings. I have never tried it out but heard plenty of people talk about doing it.
(Remember, when a building is on the market or in a contract it still takes up a building slot in your company. Which is fine if you are buying it back but can cause problems if you have to wait for a long time on the market.)
