HI!
Lets say I have in store golden necklace Q3 and 0 customers arent content with my Q. so if I have Q4 will necklaces selling faster??

It should unless you're at the floor. More quality = higher price in the same time, or less time for the same price. So far as I can tell the "aren't content" is just a guideline, not a hard indicator of anything.
