researching with multi building
is it possibile to research with the same two building? if so whar are rules for it

No. One product can only be researched by one building.
Example:
Cattle RC #1 - Is researching Cattle
Cattle RC #2 - If you click Cattle it will tell you it is already being researched and not allow you to pick it.
Most people say to use two buildings per research. What do they mean?
Cattle RC #1 - Researched product X
Cattle RC #2 - Is put into expantion for the same amount of time as #1 has left on the research.
When both have finished:
Cattle RC #1 - Is put into expantion for the same amount of time as # has left on the research.
Cattle RC #2 - Researched product X
