Help please

ok i have just started up a business making power and i am doing really well but when i have just logged on i noticed that the amout that the factorys make an hr have gone down

i have hired more people and created more space but it still seems to come down

what is this please help? can it be fixed?

Have you level up recenlty, every level takes around 2.5% productivity away so that may be the reason. Or if you have brough a 4k + building as unlikely as it is you will need to optimise it.
There is no way to get back lvl losses however so try and keep your cash+FA under the next one (expand b4 u hit it)

Have you gone up a level ?

As your level rises your output decreases a little.
