I have developped Jeans researches at high level. I would find a sub-contractor for producing jeans for my company.
At the moment, it is possible to do this ingame.
However, I would continue to be the Owner of this high quality Jeans at anytime, which means I concess my high quality Jeans licence to someone : he produces, he upgrade it for me and I buy it at a certain price.
However, I would get back my research at anytime with a bonus if the quality has been uplevel.
Or, I would protect both parties : Contractor for his licence and Sub-contractor form contractor malice.

Contract :
1- The parties:
This is a partnership between (company name1) and (company name 2) on (date).
2- The Licence:
(The owner), the owner of (researches X quality) concesses his researches for (initiak cost)caps for(period) weeks to (company2).
The sub-contractor named ____________ is agree to pay the cost of _____________ caps for the research. He is responsible for the improvement of this research and its production.
3- Contractor Responsabilities:
The owner has the obligation to supply his subcontractor in raw materials in the present case : (raw materials names)
The contractor is the owner of _____________ at anytime : In case of conflict, in case of broken contract, in case of ended contract, in case of subcontractor failure, subcontractor bankrupt and any others faillures form the sub-contractor.
However the contractor is agree to pay according to this formulas from http://www.kapitools.de the following price : (Cost of the research - Initial cost)* X% for any case mentionned above to the subcontractor. In case of bankrupt, the Kapibank receipt funds.
As per exemple: A concession of Q10, uplevel by the sub-contractor at Q15 the following formulas is : (Cost of Q15 - Iniatial cost in the contract)* the bonus in percentage%
The bonus for this research is evaluated at ____ %.
The contractor provides the best quality of his raw materials at fix cost (amount 1) + quality premium (amount 2). The sub-contractor is agree to pay the above price.
He must pay the price and the quantity ordered at least once a week.
4- Sub-contractor responsabilities:
The sub-contractor is allowed to produce for competitors. All the revenues form this research is for him. However, he is agree to sell his production at :
Both parties recognize the follwing price for (product name) at (total price) for the entire running period of the contract as selling price.

The sub-contractor is responsible for the production and the uplevel of this research.
The sub-contractor must send back the research in the following case :
He must follow the above formulas rule :
- - Holidays
- Bankrupt of his company
- Ended contract
- Broken contract
- No delivering
- Impossibility to produce this quantity require
- In case of conflicts

5- Quantity ordered:(Cost of Quality developped - initial cost) * X%
The contractor orders (quantity) per (day/ week) at the selling price to the sub-contractor.
6- Quality premium:
(Product name) requires (X) times to upgrade one quality. The quality form the research developpement is paid : X caps per unit.
As per exemple: Cotton requires 3 times from its own to upgrade +1Q => Cotton + Seed+ Water
7- Building improvement
Both parties recognizes during building improvement the disfonctionnement of his partner. However, the necessity of communication for such improvement is strongly required under title :"Licence: Building Improvement"
8- Miscommunication
8 days are requires before to declare the sub-contractor as weakening. In such case, the subcontractor discount the follwing price per X%. This discount musn't go upto 5%.
After 8 days, the contractor is able to order the return of his research. The production already made, it is under the subcontractor responsability. The raw material unused must be return at its purchasing price to the contractor.
He must a send at least 2 messages during this period of silence. His title must contain the term "Licence: + blabla"
9- Minimum period of the contract
The following contract is for a minimum period of 5 weeks since the signature date.
10- Silence
In case of non-information, the contract is automaticaly renewal under the same rule and the same period. The contractor must prove that he has sent a message to his sub-contractor under the title : "Licence: Ended contract" if the licence is broken (outbox shotscreen).
The sub-contractor have to inform moderators of the automatic renewal in case of contractor silence.
The benefit of doubts is in favor of the sub-contractor.
11- Contract modification
In case of any modification on the price or disagreement. The following contract is considering as broken. A new one must be writen. The modification of the quantity has to be notify in a new article.
The contractor is responsible of this notification in the forum. The quantity take effect since its registration in the forum. A private message is not considering as prouve.Article : The contractor increases his production at X units for till the ended of the previous contract.
12- Inflation
The contractor isn't responsible for the market inflation, if he provides at least 65% of materials require for the production of his goods (in value). In such case, the contract is considering as running.
If the contractor supply under 65% of materials in value, the subcontractor can break the contract under the title: "Licence : Inflation Risk".

- Cotton needs :
Seeds : 7 caps at Q32 * 1 unit (90%)
Water : 0,10 caps *10 units (10%)
Total : 8 caps
Fix cost are excluded.
The contractor must notificated his absence. The sub-contractor is allowed to stop the production after 10 days or if the contract represent 20% of his asset in case of no-acceptancy of his contract.
In case of contractor silence after a month, he is declared as owner of this researche.
13- Litigation
The following contract as to be created in the (name of the forum). The contractor posts the following contract and filled it. The sub-contractor must do the same.
Moderators or Administrators of the game seal the contract. They are responsabible in case of litigation. They are responsabible to take care of the good return of the research on time in extrem case (such as bankrupt, holidays ...)
