Head Offices - Special Buildings

I've searched and don't see where this has been suggested before.

2 Things.

1. The ability to pay to move your head office. A ton of players are in Germany and I realize the Transport fees from me choosing to place my head office in Congo present some trading problems.

2. Better yet. In 'special buildings' for say 250k, 500k, or a mill k.. maybe not even for score but Let us build 'branch' offices in different countries. Like my head office is in Congo but i have a branch in Germany that I can accept goods at.
