firing people...a new possibilities...

Post by Guest » 06.07.2007, 10:24

Hi all,

i was reading this hint from my secretary :
Hint: Don't you want to put in a few new co-workers? That also cost only with the attitude, then nothing more.

And the first time i read it i believe : "i should fired some people and hired some new one to have productivity increase?"
so...yes, i don't have understand this as i should but it could be an idea :
fired people and hire other people to increase productivity/selling capacities

(like in real live...you fire bad guy and try with news one....)
What could be done is when you "upgrade" in level (from retailer to trader...and after) have a % of "non-good worker" and by doing so, you could regain a little bit of what you lose by "upgrading".....

what do you think about it?

So you're suggesting we all replace older workers with younger ones? Oh man, the Kapi unions are going to be all over you.

The grass is always greener as long as it's not artificial. Then it's just grass. I say stay with the concrete.

Here is a little problem. When I fire someone that works for me I then have to train someone new. That new person doesn't work as fast as the old one until days/weeks later.

sounds interesting, half of the companies that are underselling would be bankrupt.

YES !!! young powa :) ('im kidding of course :D )
It would be to coplicated to have like its not always that all are bad and how do you know who is And who is not
that's why i speak about a % of "black sheep" 1/3 for example, so by removing 3 people on 9 guys and by hiring them another time it's good
