I think that accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months should automatically have thier goods forwarded to the market for $0.01
And accounts that have been inactive for a year should be deleted to free up user names for new players.

I have 47 posts on this message board and I think in only one other I meantioned a price of 0.01, that is hardly every other post.
Perhaps you are confusing me with somebody else.
my suggestion for purdging inactive users is to free up user names to allow new users to join with greater easy, able to find the name they want easier. Dunno about this site, I got my name of my first try but on some sites I've been on it's taken hours to find a name I want that is also available, wthout having to add Smith_Co_2, Smith_Co_3, Smith_Co_4, Smith_Co_50238947565 after the name.
As far as the goods of inactives being placed on the market my intentions were to only free up unavailable assets to the open market.
This would create deflation making everything cheaper.
Even if I could not buy the 0.01 cotton then maybe the 2.00 cotton would still be available.

the biggest problem is that some companies put incredibly cheap products on the market and if you buy it, you can get your account locked and now you suggest that the system would put such offers on his own? you are sooo far from reality
and concerning the lack of names, you can use very long name here, so the possibilities are almost infinite, it's only your problem, that you can't come with something else than Smith Co.
and the last thing: why do you want the prices to be low? the prices always reflect the demand/supply ratio, so they are just right and don't need to be lowered by cheater's prices
btw, do you think, that 1M of cotton for 0.01c would push the prices lower? LOL, if it was legal to buy it, first one to see it would buy it for 10k whole pack and resell it for a reasonable price making huge and unfair profit

I think you understood me wrong. I was not talking about prices of 0,01c, but about cheating in general. And, among other things, buying or selling goods at very low prices, generally far below the price for producing these goods, is considered cheating.
So, as you dont seem to know, your suggestion to empty the warehouses of inactive accounts by putting all goods to the market at that low prices, is against general rules of this game.
I understand your proposal of removing inactive accounts to make the company names available again, but kapilands.com is not yahoo.com with millions of users, so i think every player will find a free company name he likes and as tycoon already stated, it is an intention, that players can return to the game whenever they want. In the german version, there are players, who started expansions for all their building, who take months and the take a break from the game until everything is finished...
If you still dont understand, why i called your suggestion nonsense, i hope you will klick fast enough to get one of the very cheap steel that sold for 1.00 caps on the market yesterday evening...
