Do we really have to have the secretary telling us a customer was 'pissed off' because an order was forgotten? Can't she just say 'angry'?

I'm sure I'm not the only user who doesn't use or like that sort of language and it grates me whenever I log on and see it.

If my real world secretary spoke to me like that she would be severely reprimanded!

lool, I genuinly lol'd upon reading this.

I have no opinion for or against, though I agree it isn't particularly proffessional of her.

I have to admit that I never really thought about it that way... I don't find it overly offending,
but I guess it doesn't fit the language of a receptionist that works in a multi billion cap company, especially when talking to the company owner. :P

Maybe going for the "nicer" 'ticked off' or just 'very angry' would fit a little better.
