i think in the english realm admin have to forbiden the syndicates likes it's make in the frensh realm. In frensh realm admin says that it's to stop the selling at good price so if it's made in the frensh side it's possible to make same in the english realm.

I think syndicates are really important for new players, it helps their company growth, plus they can make business partners and friends. This will make them feel less lonely.

It's good that there are trade syndicates here.

they exist in real life, and this is a simulation of the business world.
if they were banned, Kapilands wouldn't be a good simulation anymore.

I think it's everyone thinking that except for you.

if the french server wants to be like that, then they should do it.
But this is the international server, not the french.

It's a good thing that trade syndicates exist.
They help small companies get on their way.
And if they sell for too cheap, there's rules against that anyway.
There's no need to ban syndicates to 'guard' the selling price.

I one time played the French server and what serveurfracais means is that on the French one there are far more (when I was there there was 8 major ones at least) and were encouraged by Admin. They got away with more cheap deals that could get you banned and posting addresses in faxes was tolerated. On the French server they encouraged syndicates and was not just neutral like English/International servers. I also think they were allowed inter Union competitions.

the forum still works and in my view it is better than the English one. the syndicates still work as well you just don't have that many mods. At one stage the biggest player by both cash and Fixed Assets was an Admin.
