There are: Research, Production, Sale and Special Buildings now.
My idea is so that VIPs could get 10 construction sites where one they example build: traveling fun fairs (amusement parks), circus, and parks.
If we built a circus, you must click it and then determine the price for a child ticket and an adult ticket - just as Stores (Sale).
We could also make shops in ex. the circus.
Production candy, ice cream and toys - and then put it in the circus so customers can buy it.

... and then own a supermarket and rent shop places and you can sell your product in your shop in supermarket. Better advertising campaign for supermarket, more know it is and more faster sells goods. High quality goods in stores attracts rich people, so stores can set up higher prices. Rich people don`t like to go to shops where are lots of low quality goods, so you have to try to rent all your supermarket shop places to ones who can sell high Q goods. Supermarket owner has to pay costs of upkeep so if lots of shop places are free, then no profit for supermarket owner. To build supermarket it costs very much, to expand it to be able to rent out new shop places costs even more....
bla bla bla, something like managing not only stores but supermarket where you rent out shop places to other players and your supermarket popularity and so on depends of other players too. If someone in high end (high Q) supermarket sells one day low Q then rating goes down so you need reliable shop owners who won`t do this. But if your supermarket has lots of free shops it is unpopular...
