You ever had alot of extra money and want a reasonable sized building?

Well the system can sell you one all you have to do is say the size, the country and the building and pay an astronomical price.

This would mean expanding would be faster but it would cost you alot.

No. This is a "long term" game. What would be the point to get an already expanded building without any work?
