You, all know business's in real life suffer some big problems ranging from machine and system faults to power cuts u should make it so the computer randomly picks 2 players per week to suffer with random disasters

it will make this place ALOT more realistic

Yeah, it would be nice to a new player to have some disasters, or for some one that can't loggin for 2 month's.

small things, like machines breaking... power cuts .. workers on strike etc

There is a random event that does one of those things you recomend.

no your wrong, the random event sends u contracts etc.

it doesnt, give u power cuts and staff strikes etc

it would be a great addition

I agree with Goldeneye cause there is one thatt gives you a strike for 12hours

But I think there should be more

and 2people per week- what are the chances it's an active person and the chances it's inactive?

1/20 people are active

If they would implement something like this they should just do it for every player in the game during a certain period.
Kapi on strike during Christmas, New Year, Easter...

I know i once had the strike, but i didn't even notice it, i only remember the message telling me it would happen

Realm 1 I paid the 100k

Realm 2 I ignored it cause my powerplants wouldn't make 100k in 12hours

Ok, it would make it more interesting (maybe) to have something like that happen, problems and stuff, but then I also want some more good things to happen as well, like you struck a great deal with Mr Nazenprinz who wants to buy all your power/gas or whatever product for a top price.

The game will not get more random events that cause some trouble.
If you want to get real life, then switch off your computer and take a walk or check the newspapers.
