Newspaper Popup/Archive

Have a new popup when there is a new issue of the paper? or even have ur secretary tell u about it countless times until you read it (or at least click to goto it).

Also, is there any way to keep old papers in an archive? incase someone wants to read through them who joins much later? I have re-read through years of archives on things just to feel like a better part of the community in other places.

First thing: usually the icon of the newspaper will be blinking as soon as there is a new issue... but this does not work atm. I think it will be working from tomorrow on, Friday at the latest.

And there will be also an archive of the newspaper. It is not sure at the moment, where this will be located, so pls wait for further information.
