new idea
i have some ideas for improving the game.. I am thinking that once a month every company should pay a check to their employements at the bank.. This will be quite more realistic.. Furthermore, employes should be trained by a special training building and their training skill should be added in the products,, Example factory workers with skill level 6 should react like minerals q6... Also skills could react with their salaries.. the higher the skill the higher the salary.. so the companies should select the perfect level with them..

It sure won't be implemented in the current realms cuz it would be a huge change i guess.
It sounds nice, but i guess there will be 1 problem.
Right now you can go inactive for a few months and get back to a healthy company when you feel like playing again.
Should this be implemented it would be a problem for those who lose interest and don't have to much spare cash.
When they get back their company would be bankrupt resulting in them quitting.
Also it might hurt small companies a lot.
In a new version they could change the current system and no longer pay money to hire people and change it to a small fee for hiring and a daily small amount to pay them.
Like 0.5/day for green employees, 1.0 for yellow and 1.5 or 2.0 for red.
That might make it a bit more realistic ofcourse.

If the factory has no production at all, you don't pay staffs at all.
To make the game more realistic, even there is no production, we still need to pay them salary. This make a clever businessman know how to balance production and staffs. For example: if you hire 100 staffs and produce 10k shoes per day, if the shoes market is saturated, so you decide to stop production for 1 week, will you fire those staffs or hold their salaries until next week? You wont, because you still need them to produce shoes next week. So i think, fixed/based salary for staffs is a very good idea, and those production fees can be considered production commission to staffs, the more produce the more they get.

When you are small, making 1 million per day is fun, but when you are big, making 10 billion per day doesnt feel anything. because the money guarantee coming to you, just the time matter.

i was to the direction of mr right.. if you are inactive you can hire all of your staff and have no costs.. but when you come back we will have to raise ther q from the beggining.. the only bad thong i can find to this game is that you never can loose money.. the only point is how much you earn in comparison with others..

MY only probelm with kapilands is the amoutn of fruit plantations and other buildings in green... yet the uhh lets say LACK of ANY food
Shouldn't they all be dead?
Seeing as the food market isnt even supplying 10% of the needs of Kapi shouldnt we have sod all employees?
