Allow production in buildings offered for sale

When buildings are offered for sale on the market or sent to another player in a contract, allow them to produce as usual. When they are bought or the contract is accepted, simply cancel production.

It would be nice to see this implemented, in real life the production buildings usually are used till it's sold.
