This game was created in Germany. There the use of "." and "," are switched from most of the world.

17.748,00

yeah.. explaining what azer said more clearly, Germany swap the comma and full stop.
Unfortunately you will have to go with that. :)

what would be 17,560.50 here, is 17.560,50 there.

I'm surprised that it's taken you nearly two weeks to mention this. :)

Best of luck.

Well, here at Europe in the majority of countries we use the numbers in the following format: 17.748,00, where the '.' is the thousands separator and the ',' is de decimal separator, you can check this if you go to your international settings on the control panel of your PC.

I got used to the numbers being like that after my first day of playing Kapilands (if inputs needed to be entered that way, then I would have a problem).

What I would think is an error (or misleading) is the ads production. The cost per ad is in per minute so I thought: Larger TV Station = Lower Production Times = Lower Production Cost per Ad. Later I realized that wasn't the case and that per minute is just the unit per ad. I wonder how many people made that miscalculation for ads.
