you didnt understand me sweetheart, you see, bottom means
1. The deepest or lowest part: the bottom of a well; the bottom of the page.
2. The part closest to a reference point: was positioned at the bottom of the key for a rebound.
3. The underside: scraped the bottom of the car on a rock.
4. The supporting part; the base.
5. The far end or part: at the bottom of the bed.
6.
a. The last place, as on a list.
b. The lowest or least favorable position: started at the bottom of the corporate hierarchy.
7. The basic underlying quality; the source: Let's get to the bottom of the problem.
8. The solid surface under a body of water.
9. Low-lying alluvial land adjacent to a river. Often used in the plural. Also called bottomland.
10.
a. Nautical The part of a ship's hull below the water line.
b. A ship; a boat: "English merchants did much of their overseas trade in foreign bottoms" G.M. Trevelyan.
11. The trousers or short pants of pajamas. Often used in the plural.
12. Informal The buttocks.
13. The seat of a chair.
14. Baseball The second or last half of an inning.
15. Staying power; stamina. Used of a horse.

To prevent this you better suggest an extra confirm button before the production starts.
Maybe combined with the option to activate it in your profile so those who don't want it don't need to push the extra button.

I know i wouldn't want it most of the time, but i've had some productions that went wrong in the past to and its annoying to lose good quality products due to the game selecting the wrong Q of material which you only notice when the production has been started already :(

I had it to before but dont consider it as that bad. If you had it a couple of times, you start paying more attention to it and you can still sell your products. For once you will have a little less money from your products then.

I think that a confirm button would be better than a undo button.

At the page that apears the products used, the quality of the product you "order" and the cost (after you click "produce now"), should be a button that give you the possibility to return to the factory and chage the quantities, the product, the quality, order more employes, etc...
In that page, instead of the "back" button, should be 2 other ones, a "Confirm" button and a "Return" button.

I think that this would help a lot....

To avoid my factory using the wrong (high) quality I always send the high quality in a contract to myself, and then when production has started I cancel the contract, this way you have a little more control about what quality is being used.
It would be good though if you could control this without having to take such precausions.
An option to choose what quality is being used at ALL times would solve this problem.
