We all are aware of the numerous contracts that come in during any contest and its hard to look into all of them.
For the sake of winning you just sign them blindly.
Sometimes mistakes occur as in the case of WWTC.

Solution:-
Every player must be asked to keep a refundable deposit of about 5 to 10 million for participating in a contest.At the end of the contest, he is returned this money. However if he is found cheating, this deposit is not refunded and he must be disqualified from the contest.

Most of you would say that, this reduces participation of smaller players, but guys do think about the chances a small player has of winning in front of billionares.

actually really good look at the cattle q4 contest I placed 18th and I was only a Wholesaler. I moved up 2 levels during that contest and still placed 18th so I think that a little company can win a contest.

Placing 18th doesn't show you could win. Recently, guys have spent billions for medals, so why would you want to? You did well to get 2 certificates.
