it works like a coin contract. you go into a menu thing similar to the current loan thing and type in the amount, and the duration then you type in the company name. you can also select interest rate (there is a minimum of 2% per day and a maximum of 50% so people cant abuse the system) you can choose any number between 2% and 50%, (up to 2 decimal points) you can advertise loans on a special market, other players can type in the min. amount of the loan and the max. amount plus the interest rate. you sell it on the market like how you sell a building on the market, click on market instead of typing in companies name. how it works:

loan amount [..min..] - [..max..]
duration [..min..] - [..max..]
max interest rate [....]

example:

loan amount [10,000,000

i think this is a good idea but the first thing that must happen with lons is to "kill" all those bugs that are destroying players.

Basically, you are suggesting a bond market. What we would need is a central banking system so you don't know who you are selling a bond to or buying a bond from.
