The username does not appear in the game. There you and others will just see the company's name. So it would not make sense to change the username. I am also not sure, whether this is connected with more work to be done (due to the e-mail confirmation etc) than changing just the company's name.
Did you also write the bold words in English? Then, your English is at least so good, that everybody can understand what you meant with your thread. So, please, try it in English in future
