Address Book Changes

I think it would be cool if we had some say in how our address book entries were organized. If we could put our customers in alphabetical order or if we could have seperate sections for the different types of contracts etc. I just think it would be easier to stay organized and efficient if we could arrange our address book entries the way WE choose.

Yes, definitely can be helpful. Speically with the companies running on a "full" address book.
