hi guys , i just know that kapi bank not give loan
i want to suggest that y dont kapi bank give loan agianst buildings that means if any one want loan from bank then he can take loan by mortgaging his building to bank and bank take interest if a person can repay the loan his building will be bank assests
loan will be equals to orginal price of building not at price where a person buy only orginal price

There are some problems with this.

One of the biggest companies in Realm 2 lost all their buildings because of the bank.

That's why loans don't work anymore.
