New Admin Building for contracts!
Moderator: moderators
hehe. And I was starting to be unhappy, when I was accepting 50 contracts / day.
Admin building would be really of great help. Or maybe "auto-accepting" function. Like things you are writing to your showcase whould be accepted automaticaly.
For example if I have in my showcase Q2 Minerals for 80, all contracts that fit will be accepted. Or maybe a improve it, so we could also set there how many we would like to buy.

how's this going? will it ever come to be?
it should be simple enough, a table by the format:
sender | ware | quality | unit price | total price | #
where # is a checkbox
and then 2 buttons in the bottom with cancel and sign
the format is well known from other administration buildings and would remove a part of the game which really isn't part of the fun

i know we don't have a discussion around this thread all the time, and can as such understand alot
i've been reading this forum almost every day for over a year now and i can't remember any suggestion as good as this one. and as far as i can tell (i don't know the actual code in kapilands) it should be a relatively simple addition to kapilands.
no offence to you Zbombe, but your post seems very generic, also that was back in february. is implementation of a contract administration building even being considered? it would be nice to have some kind of feedback.
just want to drop a ps note: my memory of any development taking place in kapilands (adding ice cream should be administration not development) would be a bit of bug-patching around the contest and bank. contest now works, that seemed to take a whole lot of head-scratching to find out, the handling of the bank is well..., not impressive. would be nice to be impressed

I get the impression that too much of the game takes place in contracts, although it's hard to tell, since they are hidden. This is, at least in part, driven by the 10% penalty for sending goods to market. What's the theory? Why do we want illiquid, penalized markets, forcing big players to perform demeaning busy work?
Re: New Admin Building for contracts!
WTF!!!! 100 contracts!!! your lucky rich guy..T.T me on the other hand, almost 0Milenko wrote:i think an admin building to allowing ppl to accept multiple contracts at atime, would save me about 20mins each day hehehe
as i get around 100 contracts a day on realm 2, i couldn't imagine what cash money brothers would be getting on realm 1 lol
thats why i suggested long term contracts but azer doesnt like it...
What is a long term contract? That is the question. For new companies it could be just a few weeks, for older companies you are looking at never ending contracts.
This game takes very little time as it is to play. Why cut down the playing time even more by creating a Contract Admin Building?
(I accept 70+ contracts a day on Realm 2 and send out over 20 so I know what I am talking about.)
