i suggest in special building like hospital to get order to create special cars like ambulances, at kindergarden to create buses

well...
even if they accepted ideas of new products....
how many hospitals produce their own ambulances??
this could only be produced in a car factory.
maybe they could just unlock ambulance to be produced in a car factory only when you have a hospital...
but then who would buy this?
a hospital only needs a certain and small (very small if you live in Greece) ammount of ambulances.
so it can only be produced for quests in hospitals.
but it seems to be useless as many products can be used ffor quests...

yes the ambulances will be produced in car factory, and will be a hospital quest and you will get points for this
