i think in the production page, just below the picture, the should be 2 buttons, one should say "hire all" this means after an expansion you click on 1 button to hire all the employees available so you dont have to keep clicking. this would be usefull for people who have lots of buildings it would save these people ages everytime they expand or want to hire employees.
also there should be a "produce all" button,when you click on it takes you to a menu, and there is a drop down menu of different times, from 1-23hours then from 1-14days. when you click on this it takes you to another (final) menu where there is a list of all the products you can make with your buildings, next to the list you can type in a number, the number represents how many buildings produce that product.
e.g: you could have 10 wells ,5 power plants and quickly click on "1 day" then next to oil, you type in "5" and next to water you type in "5" then 5 buildings produce water for 1 day and 5 buildings prodce oil for 1 day. then next to power you select 5 and then all your buidling are producing and it only takes 1minute
