We currently have sales contracts. If we know someone wants to buy, we can send them a sales contract.

But what about the other way around? What if we advertise in the forums and want to take orders for what we advertised?

Thus the Purchase Order. If you advertise Widgets I can send you a Purchse Order for so many widgets at whatever price.

It then works just like a sales contract in reverse. Your money gets put on account until the contract is cancelled or fulfilled. Either side can cancel the contract.

As an added bonus, maybe the seller can choose a reason for cancelling -- too large an order, incorrect price, too many previous orders so product temporarily unavailable.

This should, I think, make it easier for us lower guys who spend our time selling instead of buying!

I'm new here, so this may have been suggested countless tiems already - I don;t know. But it sounds good to me and I figured I may as well post it!

It just seems like a lot of programing that isn't needed. If someone wants a product they advertise via the Forum or Fax. What if your seller is one item under your reverse contact amount? Won't that be a waste of time on both ends?

would be happy, if you get hundreds of unrequested contracts daily ?

iam not. so i guess, this will be never included.
