Suggestions for Polish server

I know that polish server should be able soon, so i have some ideas to make it better.

1. To add materials
I propose two new materials:
- Paper (0.2 wood, 1 chemicals, 1 water, 5 kwh power). Able to produce in factory. Not to sell in sale buildings.
- Books (5 paper, 10 kwh power). Able to produce in factory, able to sell at bookstore.

2. Countries
Poland is a country, which produce very much coal. So why on Polish server shouldn't be new country on yellow (raw material area) and one more country: Sweden (red).

3. Anti-cheat programme.
a) set max. price of every material
b) programme check: count of material/price of player
If result is over maximum price, contract cannot be send.
