I don't know what this would entail from a programming standpoint, but I've had occasion to send a customer a short note when preparing a contract, which means I have to send an IGM and the contract.
Is there any reasonable way to add a message area within the contract screen to avoid sending 2 messages when 1 would suffice. I also don't know if that would have any meaningful effect on system performance one way or the other, but if someone (not me!) is already wading through 50 or 60 or 100 contracts a day, I'm guessing the last thing they need is another 10 or 20 or 30 messages that could have been just as easily put within the contract message.
I think I need caffeine. Or something.
