Restrict market multi-adverts

Its fine to have 1 to 5 ads, but 23 ads for the same product is bloody ridiculous....

I think it would be fairer, if people such as "DA-MINERS" weren't able to spam that much.

It really doesn't bother me - I just put my stones 0.01 cheaper!!

I find it REALLY annoying, considering that if i want a specific quality, but at a cheaper price its buried under other peoples spam

This is a fairly small amount of stones that a large company might need in one day... and now everyone can buy something.

So don't worry about this.

And in real life you are confronted with much more advertisement.
Here in Kapilands there are only three ways of advertising... IGMs, faxes and the market [besides the forum]. Why shouldn't you be allowed to use this?

Always restrictions... restrictions in the faxes, restrictions at the market... why don't we just censor free thoughts and only allow numbers?

So please tell me what would be fair if you forbid that someone advertises his or her company? I think THIS would be ridiculous.

By the way: There IS a maximum amount of things you can sell at the market at the same time.

You can at a maximum put 30 different positions onto the market.

If the market is a way to advertise our companies, it's not fair to put 20 times the same "advertisment" (or better, offer) for the same price and same product just to remove offers from other companies...

but what i have heard is that u cant advertise companies names in the forum.

Nope, I'm not kidding.
I know that you would call it different but in my opinion it is clear advertisement (or to be more precise: being realised as a company) to have several offers at the market.
Because you will get regocnized by other companies and then maybe you'll find new business partners.

And - to be honest, although I doubt that you will understand this - isn't it the dream of a capitalist to control a part of the market?
Of course stones are a bad product if you want to be the market-leader but it still is a capitalistic aim. And this is what this game is about.

i'm doing same thing to advertise my products.
usually i put 5 offer and can be up to 10-15 offer of 1,000,000 units water/power in a row.
i don't see it's annoying.
i'm poor and small player.. can't afford to have my own faxes.
so advertise through market is a best option for me.

almost forget.. they buy all 10-15 of my offers in less than 15 minutes.
my advertisement will dissappear quickly.
i don't think it's really annoying.

at first i am like this too. putting a lot of 200k power to the market and later when i read the post about this and i never do that again. I think myself, do i like it too and i know i don't like it too later. So, i never buy the product from these Companies with more than 4 sale.

If you don't like these kind of thing, don't buy from them and they will stop doing this.
