Since I am an Indian (Yes, I am Brown and eat/drink curry), when I first came to this game, I wanted to set up my HQ in India. Since there are only HQ locations in Europe and Africa, I couldn't.
I think we should include more locations for HQs in Asia and in the Americas, and allow players to move their HQs.

I am in America, more pink than anything else, and I love curry too. 
This was the first "international" version of the game. (While always open to everyone, the previous versions were only in German so that was somewhat limiting.) They still have the old Europe/Africa center which made sense at the time. And it's not going to change in this version, but in a future one you may see that happen.
