OMG THIS GAME IS GREAT!!! I JUMP FROM GAME TO GAME, I HAVE PROBABLY PLAYED OVER 20 AWSOME GAMES. WHATS AWSOME ABOUT THEM? WELL EVERYTHING, THATS WAS ORIGINAL FROM THE GAME'S DESIGNER!! PEOPLE ON FORUMS LIKE THESE COME WITH GOOD INTENTIONS, THE MAKE SUGGESTIONS PEOPLE SECOND THEM AND ADMINS OR MODERATORS END UP LIKING 1 OR W/E.. MY POINT IS. DO YOU KNOW WHY I QUIT 20 AWSOME GAMES AND CAME TO PLAY THIS? CUZ AFTER CHANGES, THEY GAME CHANGED COMPLETELY!! OMG LETS HAVE A POLL.. IS THE GAME GOOD AS IT IS? OR DOES IT NEED IMPROVEMENT? I BET YOU OVER 80% OF THE PEOPLE WOULD SAY ITS GOOD AS IT, SO LETS KEEP AS IT BEFORE WE KILL THIS GAME... NOTE: WITH GOOD INTENTS.. HORRIBLE THINGS ARE DONE!!!

Your caps hurts my eyes 
Seriously, learn to write without caps, and if you want to "shout" out a sentence, end it with an ! instead of "OMG DON'T SUGGEST STUFF".
Why shouldn't people suggest new things in the game? It's only logical that games, especially a game like this, should expand thanks to the players.
Think about it, what would happen in real life if people we're like "WTF stop inventing stuff, it will only ruin our life"?
I like this game now, as it is, but I'm sure that in the future when I have played it longer I want to see new and exciting implements in it. Maybe restaurants? Or hotells. Anyplace where you can invest with your newly slaughtered cows or newly made beds. Catch my drift?

We appreciate any suggestion from the users. There are of course suggestions which cannot be realized or which showed in practice that it won't work to implement some special issue.... but I would not expect this game to change to a completely different one.
Any game needs it's users... as well as in the community as in finding out good improvals for the game.
And please, do not write in caps. Only if it is really necessary, as this means shouting to the other users here.

well, unlike you jorge, i've played 62 games so far and counting.
and have been a mod in 3 of them, and us experianced players know what were doing when it comes to suggestions. we use good grammer and do not need to use "Caps Lock" to write an entire subject.
and these suggestions may never be used, they are for feedback to the games creator(s) so as they can either:
A: make a newer, more up-to-date version which if you like this game you'll like the expanded one.
B: its just friendly chat about things they love and hate about the game, no game is perfect but thats what makes them unique.
and for future reference, "jorge" i would not "Taunt, Shout, Disrespect" nore tell others to silance their opinions. im sure as you continue to play kapilands as we all hope you continue doing, you will understand more of why we have topics such as these.
and for the record, we all share your excitement for the game.
during the first hour of playing Kapilands after registering my account i felt the same enthusiasm you do. only difference is i don't have the guts to go into the middle of a street and shout it lol.
We hope to see further game progress and activity in the forums from you!

my caps are only a representation on my state of mind at the current time, you dont like them? dont read my post. its that DAMN sinple! oh this one is for you serki.. noticed the exclamation? unexperienced? ive played games my entire life, you played more games and counting? lmao thats got to be a joke, but im not here to discuss our private life, the game moderator made a comment on some suggestions not being used and also about how the game needs its players, yes i agree without players a game is not a game. but the only GOOD suggestions come from the inventor himself. the keyword there was good! let me ask you people a question... are you as smart as the creator of the game? or have you spent the time, or the money, or the brainpower on this game? the planning? hell no! he made this game eciting and complex. all you EXPERIENCED gamers as some1 put it only give suggestions that for damn sure have been tought out but its creator. my true and strongest point is this: their will always be some1 unhappy with the game, their will always be some1 that things the game's pace is too fast, and some will say its too slow. i see that all over this forums, people who want water to have quality, that would make harder to achieve a high product quality because of research cost and time. it would make it faster to achieve lower qualities.their will always be some1 that is unhapy. heres a little story, on my last game, say 20 members where mad cuz the 10top hitters in the gamer where hitting them too much. so they complained... alll round long! on the next round the admin changes a simple rule, he made it so you cannot attack the same person 2 time in 1 hour, made it so we cannot attack some1 2 times as big as yourself and no1 half as big. as you can see this simple attack rule changed the game's pace completly. me and over 30 other veterans of that game quit! thats game is now ruined. and guess what? 12 round in a row, thats over 36 months the game had regressed intead of progressed. and altough i am a ''unexperienced player'' as some1 put it, i have played enough games to see history repeat itself more times then i care to remenber. it is a proven fact that admins a game programers and game creators make better adaptations to a game when they are not being manipulated by some1's suggestions or costant annoyment. i have seen the same request for changes on the suggestions post, meaning people suggest something, admins say no, they suggest again and again. it is only with good intentions that i suggest we open our eyes and realize that we are not game admins or programers, even if you were one in 1 or 3 gamers you played, you ARE A GAMER NOW! not a admin or moderator.you need to realized that you are a gamer, and gamers game, admins administrate. so stop suggesting crap, stop bad mouthing me, and play, changes, if any will be tought of and done by admins. they play the game too they, they are gamers too, they know what we need. that was a simple honest ''sugestion''. and i have been very mature and calm even thou the first reply to this post was RUDE! not to mention childish, for he attacked my person and my toughts. i hope that from what ive written know you can see who i am, a true gamer.

to ScottyPenatilliIndustries: you see this isent my first our of play, ive been around a little longer then you think, ive restarted plenty of times, ive deleted account and recreated.. point is, im not a noob as people may think. yes ill continue to play and so will every1 that reads my post. im infamous where ever i go. if you ever play a game on the internet, why not look for krovic? maybe im a old timer in that game. hell im definatly infamous at drugrunners.net and its forums. only to keep from being massivily murdered in the game (lol) i used the name mr_escobar. i was voted the most hated player in the forums lol... so yeah ive got that you cant shut me up thing. and yes, i will run wild on this forum. and when i find myself in this game, my company will have the name krovic in it. (some1 already using krovic in this forum.. damn is krovic german? krovic is know as the a kind of vampire in ancient lore.. weird some1 is using it aleady) but really, yeah ill be nice as long as people dont turn to agression. verbal agression is still agression. i love arguements and ill sit here and argue my toughts will some1 all day but i hate the way serkai replied. i would love to see improvemnts, but id hate to see the game end over some1's stupidity, only takes one mistake for 500 players to leave and never come back to see if its been fixed you know?
to serkai: let me give you the simple version of my toughts about people suggestion.. they SUCK! you want hotels? you want restaurants? you also want rent cost? maybe we should trow in a protection cost you know? i mean if you havea restaurant in the middle of africa, or asia or even new york, its bound to be hit by gangs right? maybe we should have random fires, and natural disasters, hell maybe we should use company money to pay for family members funeral expenses and use our business to launder drug money... come on!!!! note: that was sarcasicm, please dont use these ideas. my point? you guys seem to want to add more sense of ''reality'' to the game, bottle water, water quality, hotels, restaruants.. but why stop their? lets have brothels, thats common in the middle east.. maybe soccer stadiums, and maybe our companies should be able to buy football teams and other stuff too. its TOO MUCH! the games great man. cant we just be happy? why spoil great with attempts to make great become perfect?
TO MODERATORS: here is a real suggestion. you have realm 1... so i thinks thats a set up for real 2 and 3 and so on. so lets make EVERY1 happy.. how? well lets start with hardcores, like me, keep REALM 1, as the original realm, no changes EVER!.. realm 2, and so on could have whatever changes you guys deem necesserity or welcomed to the game. what do you think?

to tycoon: i will fullfill you request not to use caps. because you asked.. (simple right?) well just for the record. i do not care if my caps bothers people. their opinons bother me, will you shut them up? no you will tell me not to read the forums if their opinions bother me write? then tell them if they dont like my caps, dont read the forums! this is where we can be free to express our opinions, this is why the forums are here. please do not attempt to shut me up as admins have in the past. dont censor my posts or ban me. as i am not trouble unless trouble is created to me from other users. that serkai guy came to me with real attitute, and lack of respect. and i would do it all over again (oops already have) but mostly im here because unlike rude players, im serious about the games i play i want only improvement. i can be nasty or i can be nice and smart. check this out... how many of you tought that behind my caps, mispelling and stuck up behavior.. was a 18 year old real estate sales agent? i only want to talk and trough my words convince people that my opinion is a good one and it matters, thats why we are all here, to share our toughts right? once again for the record, i will attempt, not to use caps.. very often

You ask us not to ban you nor to shut you up. But this is a point you have to work on... not us. Anybody here is free to give his opinion or suggestion. But we won't accept insults again our users, admins, moderators... If you stick to that rule, feel free to speak here as often as you want to. Your post, however, does not seem to stick to that rule. You do not need to show us what you're able to do. I will edit your text and furthermore I ask you to stop these insults and bad words. You demand respect... ok, I think this is a prerequesite in any forum... But from all members and this includes also your person. It is not sufficient to say: I can be nasty and I can be nice and smart... as this is your decision, not the "fault" of the other users... Anybody is responsible for his own behaviour and not the other ones. And nobody here says: if XYZ shows a lack of respect against your person, you do not need to read this... There are the same rules but also rights for anybody here...
So if you want to tell us your opinion on the game or if you want to make proposals: you are welcome... but stick to the rules as anybody here has to!
