Say if you change your name and you need to get it across to all of your mulitple suppliers you have to do them induvidualy

You can just send a FAX. Although if you are in their address books the name automatically changes to the new name.

I guess so but would it not be much easier to do that what if they are close and send contracts reguarly without looking at adress book.

Send a fax and waste over 500 mil? easily

over 1.6 bil. for a fax... where do you find coins for 100mil?

Your regular suppliers would get an error message if they sent it to your old company name (since that name wouldn't be used anymore)
Then they'll look into their address book to see what your new name is, that's what the address book is pretty much for.

And unless you have like a hundred suppliers, sending them a separate messages shouldn't be too much of a big deal,
just write your message once and copy/paste it to your suppliers/customers.

Tbh its not really that useful. Most people may change names a couple of times when they start and then stick with a name as they progress. To keep changing your name doesn't really help you.
